Funds advised by KLAR Partners Ltd (“KLAR”) have signed an agreement to acquire the KONZMANN Group (the “Group”), one of Germany’s leading players in technical building services. With KLAR’s support, the KONZMANN Group aims to build on its position as a trusted partner and an attractive employer in the industry, to pursue growth opportunities across the German market.
The KONZMANN Group is one of the largest technical building services providers in Germany. With around 1,100 employees across more than 30 locations, the Group delivers a complete portfolio of energy and building technology services including electricity, heating, ventilation, sanitation, cooling, refrigeration, and technical building design. The KONZMANN Group serves customers across commercial, public and private sectors and combines regional presence with in-house engineering and design capabilities. In 2024, it generated a total output of approximately EUR 180 million.
